The hotel was in a great location for exploring the nearby towns and lake area. The breakfast spread was extensive with many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The air conditioning was not fully controlled in the room and the shower screens leaked water onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and inconvenient. there were a few odd policies, such as charging for pool towels and requiring guests to wear swimming caps in the pool.

We loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds, block-out blinds, and plenty of storage. The breakfast was impressive, with a good variety of Italian options, fresh fruit, and thick towels provided. Despite a few hiccups, it was impressive to witness some efforts being made to create a festive atmosphere during Christmas period. The decorations and the tree were standout features. Plus, the staff seemed to be friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was okay and the fact that they had a spa was a welcome bonus. The parking was free and there was a decent-sized car park in the hotel. due to its proximity to the conference center, it was quite convenient.

I was not content with the check-in and the reservation process. The beds were not comfortable at all and there wasn't enough space to move around.

The breakfast at Relais Dell'Olmo was plentiful and offered a good variety of Italian options. The scrambled eggs were tasty, and there was a great selection of breads, pastries, butter, and jams. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit, cereal, grains, and seeds with yogurt. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I appreciated the block-out blinds and the thick, luxurious towels provided. The staff at reception were very helpful throughout our stay, and they spoke English well. They even booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant. The entrance to the property was stunning, with a vine-covered pergola leading to a beautiful courtyard. There was ample parking and a nice outdoor seating area for relaxing. the ambiance and service were excellent.

We had a blast exploring the largest theme park in Umbria, it was so much fun! And let me tell you, the riding school at the hotel was amazing! We got to horseback ride and it was such a cool experience. Highly recommend for a fun-filled vacation with friends!

The only thing I wish was better for us young party-goers is that the hotel could have had more nightlife options. It would have been awesome to have some cool parties or events to go to at night.

Had a delightful Easter break at a 4* hotel. The staff were superb, very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was lovely, with daily towel changes and bed making. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including specialty chocolate and pastries. The hotel had a spa and gymnasium, although I didn't use them, I spent most of my time lounging around the pool.

The location was a bit tricky to find, but once there, the signs were helpful. The shower screen in the room was inconvenient and caused the bathroom floor to get wet.
